Very flexible. You can use this performance with any number of children from 1 to 100+. There are enough narrators’ parts for atleast 38 children. You can also easily involve dozens more children if required, dressed up as bunnies, lambs, chicks, flowers and more. If you stick to the script exactly, then the running time is around 20 minutes. However, this time span can easily be shortened or lengthened significantly. Suggestions for how to do this are included in the detailed ‘Production Notes’ which you find contained within your purchase.

Short on rehearsal time? No problem, we know from experience that it’s possible to rehearse a simple version of this play in a few days. What’s the secret? During the show, read from the script, without anyone having to ‘learn’ any lines. As for the songs, simply divide them up! Don’t get ALL the children to learn ALL the songs, instead share them between children, classes or year groups, so that no one has more than 1 or 2 songs to remember. If you follow this advice carefully then you may even be able to rehearse the whole show in a single day.
