Ordering: EU Customers
ALL EU Customers Welcome!
We are delighted to once again be able to sell to ALL customers located in the EU.
Personal customers in the EU can once again breeze through checkout, with VAT automatically included in the order total.
EU business customers who have a valid EU VAT number, have the option to input their VAT number at checkout, which will be auto-verified. If the VAT number is not verified, or if it doesn’t match the provided address, then you will still be able to proceed with the sale, with VAT added at checkout.
On the other hand, if the VAT number and address you provide IS recognised and verified, then basket totals will be displayed exempt of VAT. Complete checkout and your EU VAT number will be automatically added to your receipt, for your own accounting purposes. You should then account for any VAT due via the reverse charge mechanism in your own country.
Currency
If your currency was not automatically displayed when you arrived on this website, please use the currency selector at the top of the page to display prices in Euros. Our card processing provider will automatically convert your currency into British Pounds Sterling upon placing your order.

Select an option on one of the product pages and click ‘Add to basket’. Complete the checkout process and pay safely and securely via card payment, using any one of several major currencies:

- Canadian Dollars
- Australian Dollars
- New Zealand Dollars
- South African Rand
- Euro
- GB Pound
If your currency is not displayed, then please use the currency selector in the top-right corner of any page, to select a currency of your choosing. Please don’t be put off if your nation’s currency isn’t displayed, as your transaction can still be processed using the ‘GB Pounds’ option.
No matter what currency you select, our card processing provider will automatically convert your currency into British Pounds Sterling upon placing your order.
Subscription Period / Terms
One Year: All subscriptions on this site are for a period of one year from the date the order was placed. There is no automatic subscription renewal. At the end of any annual subscription period, you will have the option to manually purchase a new annual subscription by making a fresh purchase of the relevant ‘Digital Publication’. There is no requirement to purchase a new subscription straight away, instead you can subscribe as and when you need to use the resources again or perform again. Any new subscription will have to be purchased at whatever price and terms are set by us at that time.
If you decide not to maintain an active subscription at any point, then at the end of the last active subscription period, any streaming / download services provided by Learn2soar in connection to the publication will cease, further performances / recordings of any type in connection to the publication will not be permitted, and any files you have saved / printed / copied from the publication, must be deleted, destroyed, or stored securely in such a way that they cannot be accessed again, until a time when you have ordered a new subscription for that particular publication.
Licensing
An ANNUAL LICENCE is included with your subscription to the ‘Digital Publication’. You are only licensed, when an active subscription is in place. This is a combined licence consisting of three elements:
- Annual Performance Licence
- Basic User Licence
- Basic Recording Licence
Performance Licence: The performance licence element allows you to stage as many performances as you require, at any time, within a period of one year only. Please click here for further information.
Basic User Licence: The user licence element allows you to access the digital publication with up to four devices. If you would like to use more than four devices, then please upgrade to one of our ‘‘Site Licences’. Please click here for further information.
Basic Recording Licence: You are free to record any performance. However, there may be limitations on how you distribute your recordings. For example, the basic recording licence allows you to distribute up to 50 DVDs, or allows online video access for up to 50 users (though other restrictions may apply).
