How to Order
UK Customers: HOW TO ORDER
Order Now Online
Select a product and ‘Add to Basket’. Complete the checkout process and choose to pay safely and securely via credit/debit card, OR if you are placing an official order from a UK based school, then you can choose to pay via 30 day school invoice (see below).
Telephone Orders?
Sorry, but we only accept online orders placed through this website. This is so that you can set up your own security credentials and so that you can have instant access to any digital publication you’ve ordered.
UK School Orders
Official UK School orders are very welcome (30 day credit). You must be authorised by your school to place the order. Purchase order documents are not required by us, but may be required by your school / authority, and you should double-check before ordering.
You are not required to set up an account with us in advance, just complete the checkout process on this website and on the final page select the Invoice option. If there is no invoice option, then our system has not recognised your establishment as a UK based school. Sometimes this can be solved by ensuring that you type the full name of your school into the ‘Company / School Name’ field, with no abbreviations.
If you are required by your payment authority to provide us with a ‘Purchase Order Number’, then please type it into the ‘Order Notes’ section on the second page of the checkout process.
Once checkout is complete, your invoice is available to print on the ‘thank you’ page, and you will gain instant access to any digital publication that you’ve ordered. Any CDs you have ordered are dispatched asap with a copy of your invoice included.
You may still send us official purchase orders via post or email if that is absolutely required by your payment authority. However, even under these circumstances, you are still required to place the order yourself via this website.
So that there is no delay, please ensure that the invoice address you provide is a registered UK school address. This does not include privately owned preschools / daycare / nurseries / playgroups / churches / charities / home addresses. Instead, these types of customers should purchase using a credit / debit card.
UK Customers: DIGITAL PUBLICATIONS
Instantly available! If your order contains a ‘Digital Publication’ (as most orders do) then you will be able to access it from the moment you complete checkout.
To be precise, we do not deliver ‘Digital Publications’ in any way. Instead, they are available in your Account section on this website, from where you can access, stream and download all the resources.
The only time there may be any delay with allowing access to your ‘Digital Publication’ is in the event that your order has triggered a security alert. If this is the case, then the order status in your Account area will display the words, ‘On Hold’. In these cases, one of our team members will have to check the order carefully before allowing access to the publication. Normally, the verification process only takes a few minutes. But during very busy periods, or during unsociable hours, there may be a delay of several hours. Thank you for your patience.
UK Customers: PHYSICAL ORDERS
If you’ve ordered a ‘Complete Pack’ or ‘Rehearsal Pack’, then audio CDs will be included in your order. They will be dispatched asap and usually within 24 hours. They will be posted to you via standard UK Royal Mail 1st class post, with a £3.99 delivery charge automatically added on to your order total.
Under normal circumstances most customers receive their CDs through their letterbox within 1-3 working days. However at peak times of the year (October to December) please allow a little longer for your disk/s to arrive.
If more than 10 days has passed since you placed your order, and you are still waiting for delivery, please Contact Us.
Subscription Period / Terms
One Year: All subscriptions on this site are for a period of one year from the date the order was placed. There is no automatic subscription renewal. At the end of any annual subscription period, you will have the option to manually purchase a new annual subscription by making a fresh purchase of the relevant ‘Digital Publication’. There is no requirement to purchase a new subscription straight away, instead you can subscribe as and when you need to use the resources again or perform again. Any new subscription will have to be purchased at whatever price and terms are set by us at that time.
If you decide not to maintain an active subscription at any point, then at the end of the last active subscription period, any streaming / download services provided by Learn2soar in connection to the publication will cease, further performances / recordings of any type in connection to the publication will not be permitted, and any files you have saved / printed / copied from the publication, must be deleted, destroyed, or stored securely in such a way that they cannot be accessed again, until a time when you have ordered a new subscription for that particular publication.
Licensing
An ANNUAL LICENCE is included with your subscription to the ‘Digital Publication’ or ‘Complete Pack’. You are only licensed, when an active subscription is in place. This is a combined licence consisting of three elements:
- Annual Performance Licence
- Basic User Licence
- Basic Recording Licence
Performance Licence: The performance licence element allows you to stage as many performances as you require, at any time, within a period of one year only. Please click here for further information.
Basic User Licence: The user licence element allows you to access the digital publication with up to four devices. If you would like to use more than four devices, then please upgrade to one of our ‘‘Site Licences’. Please click here for further information.
Basic Recording Licence: You are free to record any performance. However, there may be limitations on how you distribute your recordings. For example, the basic recording licence allows you to distribute up to 50 DVDs, or allows online video access for up to 50 users (though other restrictions may apply). If your demands are likely to exceed 50 users/units, then please purchase an extended ‘Recording Licence’. Please click here for further information.
