‘Will Santa Get Shot Down’ is an uplifting Christmas musical that will make you laugh out loud and also bring a tear to the eye. Set in England on Christmas Eve 1940, Geoff and his family are about to spend what should be the most magical night of the year… in a cold, wet air-raid shelter! Based on a true story, this Christmas musical is perfect for children who are studying the history topic of life during WWII.
Please Note: This musical has nothing to do with the story of Santa, and there is definitely NO guns, or shooting of any kind! The title ‘Will Santa Get Shot Down’ is taken from a line in the script where the main character is worried about how Santa will still deliver presents while an air-raid is ongoing! A genuine worry for children in 1940!
