(1) The ‘FULL Script’ is a 19 page playscript for at least 25 actors, with several meaty roles.
(2) The ‘SHORT Script’ is the same as the full script but has been cut down to just 13 pages. Two main characters have been omitted, two songs have been omitted and many of the longest passages have text have been slimmed down.
Very flexible. The full script has parts for 25 actors. The short script has 19. If that’s not enough, don’t worry. Ideas are provided to easily add dozens more parts if required. And if it’s too many, no problem. It’s also possible to perform either script with just a handful of children.
Again, very flexible. Your performance can be anything from 30 to 60 minutes, depending on which script version you use, and how many songs you perform.
We believe that this performance needs a bare minimum of one week of rehearsals. Please note, this is not a guarantee. Please listen to the songs and view the material before deciding how much rehearsal time your students will require.
