Allowing you to share digital files from a single Learn2soar publication, on more than four different devices within your organisation.
EXPLANATION:
This optional annual licence is an upgrade for customers who wish to share their Learn2soar publication with many other users in their organisation. For example, by accessing the direct link to your digital publication on more than four different devices. Or storing elements of the digital publication on a hard drive or cloud space, and then sharing those elements with many other users in your organisation. It is NOT a performance licence and does not replace the annual subscription you are required to obtain by ordering the ‘Digital Publication’ (or ‘Complete Pack’ where available) of the relevant title.

TO ORDER
1. Ensure you have an up-to-date active subscription to the relevant ‘Digital Publication’ or ‘Complete Pack’ of the relevant title.
2. Select the category of site-licence you wish to purchase.
3. ‘Add to Basket’.
4. During checkout, in the ‘Order Notes’ section, please type in the name of the single Learn2soar publication that this licence will cover, as well as the name of the single organisation that you represent.
5. Complete checkout and you’re covered. UK schools can also use the same checkout function to pay via school invoice.

BASIC USER LICENCE or SITE LICENCE?
A Basic User Licence is included with every subscription purchase of a ‘Digital Publication’ (or ‘Complete Pack’ where available). The Basic User Licence already allows you to share the contents of the purchased Learn2soar publication between FOUR devices, without having to pay anything extra for the Site Licence found on this page.
If you want to share any Learn2soar publication between more than four devices, via any means, then you will have to upgrade to the Site Licence found on this page. The type of site licence you require depends on the total number of devices that the material is placed on, or accessed with.
LICENCE LIMITATIONS: Please note, each price quoted on this page is for a ONE-OFF payment, for a ONE-YEAR licence only, for ONE Learn2soar publication only, to be used within the confines of ONE school / church / other organisation only (not allowed for multi-site organisations). There will be no automatic recurring charges. If you would like your usage to continue beyond 12 months, then you will have to manually renew your licence on an annual basis by purchasing from this page again. Similarly, if you purchase other Learn2soar publications in the future, then new separate user / site licences will be required for those publications.
QUESTION: Does our shared drive / server / cloud space count as one device?
ANSWER: No, you just need to count all the various devices that will be accessing the material from that shared location. Each separate device should be counted. E.g. computers / tablets / phones.
QUESTION: We’d like to buy a licence for a higher number than 100 devices. Is that possible?
ANSWER: Yes, of course. Please contact us for a quote.
QUESTION: Is there software on your products that prevents us from sharing / copying, unless we purchase this licence?
ANSWER: Yes and no. Currently, there is nothing to stop any customer from sharing our material with any number of users / devices, but this is of course illegal, as unauthorised sharing/copying would be classed as an ‘act of piracy’. Therefore, we primarily rely on the honesty of our customers to purchase this licence, as and when appropriate. However, please note that our web-server can notify us if any particular customers (users) are accessing their digital publications excessively on many devices. If we receive such a warning and upon investigation find that no site-licence is in place to allow such usage, then that particular customer may have access to their digital publication revoked.
QUESTION: We have purchased two of your musicals and plan to combine them to produce one single show. Do I need two licences, or can I get away with one?
ANSWER: Sorry, but each product requires its own set of licences, no matter how you intend to combine them. In this case you would need to purchase two separate digital files site licences, one for each publication.
