What is this licence for?
Want to share your Learn2soar publication with more people in your organisation? This optional annual upgrade lets you do just that. For example, by opening the direct link to your Digital Publication on more than four different devices, or by storing parts of it on a shared drive or cloud space for others in your organisation to use.
Please note it is NOT a performance licence, and it doesn’t replace the annual subscription you need for the relevant title’s ‘Digital Publication’ (or ‘Complete Pack’ where available).

How devices are counted
For this licence, each new device the publication is shared on counts as a separate user. Everyone accessing the publication must be directly associated with your school, church or organisation. This licence can’t be used for multi-site organisations: each site needs its own set of licences.
How to order
- Make sure you have an up-to-date, active subscription to the ‘Digital Publication’ or ‘Complete Pack’ of the relevant title.
- Choose your Site Licence category from the menu above.
- Click ‘Add to basket’.
- At checkout, in the ‘Order Notes’ box, type the name of the single Learn2soar publication this licence will cover, and the name of the single organisation you represent.
- Complete checkout, and you’re covered! UK schools can also pay by school invoice through the same checkout.

About
Before you order: an up-to-date, active subscription needs to be in place for the relevant publication before you buy a Site Licence.
Basic User Licence or Site Licence?
Every ‘Digital Publication’ (or ‘Complete Pack’ where available) comes with a Basic User Licence, which already lets you share the publication between FOUR devices, at no extra cost.
Want to share it between more than four devices, by any means? That’s what the Site Licence on this page is for. The category you need depends on the total number of devices the material is placed on, or accessed with.
What you get
Each Site Licence is:
- a ONE-OFF payment, with no automatic recurring charges;
- valid for ONE year;
- for ONE Learn2soar publication;
- for use within ONE school, church or other organisation (not for multi-site organisations).
Want to carry on beyond 12 months? Simply renew by purchasing from this page again. And if you buy other Learn2soar publications in the future, each one will need its own user / site licences.
FAQ
Does our shared drive / server / cloud space count as one device?
No. Please count each separate device that will access the material from that shared location, e.g. computers, tablets and phones.
We’d like a licence for more than 100 devices. Is that possible?
Yes, of course! Just contact us for a quote.
Is there software that stops us sharing or copying unless we buy this licence?
Yes and no. At the moment, nothing technically stops a customer from sharing our material with any number of users or devices, but unauthorised sharing or copying is illegal and would be classed as an ‘act of piracy’. So we rely on the honesty of our customers to buy this licence as and when it’s needed, and we really appreciate it.
Please note, though, that our web server can alert us if a customer’s Digital Publication is being accessed excessively on many devices. If we look into it and find no Site Licence in place to cover that usage, that customer’s access to their Digital Publication may be revoked.
We’ve bought two of your musicals and plan to combine them into one show. Do we need two licences?
Yes. Each publication needs its own set of licences, however you combine them, so in this case you’d need two separate Site Licences, one for each publication.
