What’s New?
- Instant access to new streaming content – Available for every title, available on any device.
- New lyric videos – Available for more titles, with more being added every week.
- Annual subscriptions with constantly updated content – All our publications are now only available via an annual subscription (no auto-renewal). Once you’ve purchased your publication, keep checking back regularly for new content with extra resources added periodically.
- No more CD Roms or Instant Downloads – Our old website and old distribution network relied on old technology like CD Roms and zip downloads, all of which are being actively phased out by all the tech giants like Microsoft and Apple. Instead we’ve switched to streaming content available on any device, futureproofing our content network, with audio CDs still available as an optional extra. Read More.
- Simplified Licensing – All our publications now include a combined licence: (1) An unlimited annual performance licence. (2) A basic user licence allowing your purchased content to be shared on up to four devices. You can add more devices by ordering an extended Site Licence. (3) And a basic recording licence, allowing limited distribution of any recording of your performance for up to 50 families. You can increase this distribution limit by purchasing an extended Recording Licence.
Other changes to our new Learn2soar Music website
- Existing Orders / Accounts – All existing orders and accounts have been transferred over from the old website. However, because our old website relied on outdated technology, a few transferred orders may now contain incomplete data. If you believe that any of your orders may have been affected, please contact us and we will happily rectify any errors.
- Content access for recent orders – If you made a purchase from our old website within the last 12 months, then you will be able to access the new streaming content on our new website. This will be accesible from your account area. Please note that access to this content has to be manually added by Learn2soar staff. We are currently working our way through all applicable orders adding content as soon as we can. We are prioritising any recent purchases of Christmas / harvest related material. If you believe that you should have access to a publication, but you can’t find it in your account, please contact us.
- VAT – UK Customers – now have to pay VAT on orders that contain CDs only or licenses only. VAT will automatically be added at checkout where applicable.
- VAT – EU Customers – Regretably, due to changes in the UK’s relationship with the EU following Brexit, we can now only sell to EU customers who possess an EU VAT number. However, there are no VAT charges at all for these customers at all. To make your purchase please enter your EU Vat number when requested, during the checkout process. This will be auto-verified. If it does not show as a valid EU VAT number, or doesn’t match the accompanying billing address, then the transaction will be rejected. Once verified, your EU VAT number will be referenced on your receipt.
- VAT / Tax – Rest of the world – Nothing to worry about. No VAT / tax rules currently applicable for any other country.
- Prices – Unfortunately, for the first time in several years, we have had to increase many of our prices. But overall, we still aim to keep the total amount you pay, lower than any of our competitors.
