A fun-filled festive show for infants! A cracker of a rhyming script is pulled together with nine entertaining Christmas songs. Seven giant crackers are brought on stage (staging ideas included!), each with a letter on the front, so side by side they spell C-R-A-C-K-E-R. Each letter stands for a festive item or theme hidden inside, and as the crackers are pulled one by one, the children sing a song about what was hiding in each. Bang!

The main script suits infants (ages 5-7), with nine songs and plenty of rhyming narrators’ parts in between.

The simplified version suits younger preschool children (ages 3-5), with the script read out by an adult or older children. More shows for little ones? Try Our First Christmas Play.

Stick exactly to either script and the show runs for about 25 minutes. Too long or too short? The suggestions in your purchase help you easily trim or stretch it by 10-15 minutes either way.

We recommend at least two days of rehearsal time. Every group is different, though, so please listen to the songs and look through the material before deciding how much time your pupils will need.
