Age Range

We’ve advertised this publication as being suitable for ages 3-7, but there’s no reason why this flexible production can’t be used by younger or older children as well.

For older children, simply lose the ‘Our First’ branding. We’ve included a plain ‘Cinderella’ branding option for you to use when you publicise your show!

For younger children, get an adult or older child to read from the narrated script, cut out 1 or 2 songs, and don’t worry about having to learn ALL the remaining songs… you’ll be able to perform some of them through dance, movement or actions instead. It’s easy!

Cast Size

Very flexible! You can perform this show with any number of children from 2 to 200+, depending on what content you choose to use.

Running Time

If you stick exactly to either script, and sing all the songs, then the performance should take 20-25 minutes. However, you can easily shorten or lengthen the production by as much as 15 minutes either way, using the provided editable versions of the scripts, and by following the advice found in the staging notes included with your purchase.

Rehearsal Time

We believe it’s possible to rehearse a simple version of this show in just a day or so – if you stick to the simple script, read out by adults, and you don’t worry about ‘learning’ all the songs… then you can do it very quickly.

However, to really do it justice, then you would probably need a minimum of five days rehearsal time.

Please note, the above timings should not be taken as any kind of guarantee. Please listen to the songs and view the scripts before deciding how much rehearsal time your cast will require.
