But now there’s a baby on the way, a long journey to Bethlehem to cope with and, to top it all off, there’s no room at the inn! Joseph’s really got the blues. ‘Joining Joseph The Joiner’s Family’ is a fabulously funny nativity musical, with several songs inspired by classical favourites such as ‘The Peer Gynt Suite’ and ‘The William Tell Overture’.

There are two scripts, and you get both: (1) the ‘main script’ for older children, with dozens of narrators’ parts and spoken lines for every nativity character; and (2) the ‘simple script’, a shortened version with fewer lines for everyone.

As well as the catchy songs, backing tracks and funny scripts, you’ll receive PowerPoints, staging advice and more – everything you need for a brilliant Christmas musical that’s sure to bring the house down!

Very flexible – perform it with any number of children from 10 to 100+.

The show runs for about 20-35 minutes, depending on which script you use. Too long or too short? The suggestions in your purchase help you easily trim or stretch it by 10-15 minutes either way.

We recommend at least one week of rehearsal time. Every group is different, though, so please listen to the songs and look through the material before deciding how much time your pupils will need.
