"An excellent package with a high standard of scripts and wonderful songs. The show we staged was a great success!"

WHAT’S INCLUDED?
TWO rhyming scripts, and you get both:

(1) The PLAY Script – fun-filled, with plenty of acting and speaking parts.

(2) The NARRATED Script – the same story, told entirely through narrators.

You’ll also get vocal and backing tracks, lyric videos, PowerPoints, detailed staging advice and more – everything you need for a straightforward, time-saving festive show.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
1. Both scripts are written from the point of view of UK schoolchildren looking at Christmas traditions around the rest of the world. They also work well for schools in the USA, Canada and Ireland with very few changes. Anywhere else, you’d need to make substantial changes so the show makes sense for your location.

2. The fifth song, ‘Christmas in Russia’, was written long before the current Russian invasion of Ukraine. It isn’t in the song samples on this page, but it is still part of the full publication you receive. Whether you include it or leave it out is entirely up to you.

"Excellent! The fantastic up-beat songs, truly represented Christmas around the world... We're a very multicultural school and this helped us reinforce the inclusive nature of our school ethos. Thank you very much!"

Perform it with any number of children, from 2 to 200+, depending on the content you use.

Stick exactly to either script and the show runs for around 40 minutes. Ideas included in your purchase help you shorten or lengthen it significantly.

We recommend at least one week of rehearsal time. Every group is different, though, so please listen to the songs and look through the material before deciding how much time your pupils will need.

Most of this show isn’t religious at all. The nativity story is referenced in several ways in the final few pages of both scripts, but you’re free to cut those references if you wish.
