How to order
Order online
Choose a product, click ‘Add to basket’ and go through checkout, paying safely and securely by credit/debit card. UK schools placing an official order can choose to pay by 30-day school invoice instead (see below).
Ordering by phone?
We only take orders through this website. This lets you set up your own secure login details and gives you instant access to any digital publication you’ve ordered.
UK school orders
Official UK school orders are very welcome, with 30 days to pay. Please make sure your school has authorised you to place the order.
There’s no need to set up an account with us first. Just go through checkout on this website and choose the ‘Invoice’ option on the final page. If you can’t see the invoice option, our system hasn’t recognised your establishment as a UK school. Typing your school’s full name (without abbreviations) into the ‘Company / School Name’ field often solves this.
Purchase orders
You’re very welcome to send us an official purchase order by post or email if your school or authority requires one. (We don’t need one ourselves, so please check with your school before ordering.) Either way, the order itself still needs to be placed by you through this website. If you have a purchase order number, please type it into the ‘Order Notes’ box on the second page of checkout.
Once checkout is complete, you can print your invoice from the ‘Thank you’ page and access any digital publication straight away. Any CDs are dispatched as soon as possible, with a copy of your invoice.
To avoid any delay, please make sure your invoice address is a registered UK school address. Privately owned preschools, daycare, nurseries, playgroups, churches, charities and home addresses are asked to pay by credit or debit card instead.
Digital publications
Instantly available! If your order includes a ‘Digital Publication’ (as most orders do), you can access it the moment checkout is complete.
There’s nothing to wait for in the post: your publication is ready in the Account area of this website, where you can access, stream and download all the resources. Just tap the yellow account icon account icon at the top right of any page.
Very occasionally, an order triggers a security check. If so, its status in your Account area will show ‘On Hold’ while one of our team checks it before releasing your publication. This usually takes just a few minutes, but at very busy times or outside office hours it can take several hours. Thank you for your patience.
Physical orders (CDs)
If you’ve ordered a ‘Complete Pack’ or ‘Rehearsal Pack’, your audio CDs will be dispatched as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours, by Royal Mail 1st Class post. A £3.99 delivery charge is added to your order total automatically.
Most customers receive their CDs within 1-3 working days. At our busiest time of year (October to December), please allow a little longer.
If more than 10 days have passed since you placed your order and you’re still waiting, please contact us.
Subscription period & terms
One year: all subscriptions on this site last for one year from the date of your order. There’s no automatic renewal. When a subscription ends, you can simply make a fresh purchase of the relevant ‘Digital Publication’ whenever you need the resources again or want to perform again, with lovely renewal discounts always available. There’s no need to renew straight away. New subscriptions are charged at the price and terms in place at that time.
If you don’t renew, then when your last subscription ends, the streaming / download service for that publication will stop, and further performances or recordings of any kind won’t be permitted. Any files you’ve saved, printed or copied from the publication must then be deleted, destroyed or stored securely so they can’t be accessed, until you purchase a new subscription for that publication.
Licensing
A combined annual licence is included with your ‘Digital Publication’ or ‘Complete Pack’ subscription, and you’re licensed whenever your subscription is active. It has three parts:
Annual Performance Licence: stage as many performances as you like, at any time, within one year. More about licensing.
Basic User Licence: access the digital publication on up to four devices. Need more? Simply upgrade to one of our Site Licences.
Basic Recording Licence: you’re free to record any performance, although there are some limits on how recordings are shared. For example, you can distribute up to 50 DVDs, or give online video access to up to 50 users (other restrictions may apply). If you’ll need more than 50, please add an extended Recording Licence.
EU & worldwide customers
EU customers
All EU customers welcome! We’re delighted to be able to sell to customers right across the EU.
Personal customers can check out easily, with any VAT included in the order total automatically.
Business customers with a valid EU VAT number can enter it at checkout, where it’s verified automatically. If it’s verified and matches your address, your basket will show prices without VAT, and your VAT number will be added to your receipt for your own accounting. You then account for any VAT due via the reverse charge mechanism in your own country. If it can’t be verified, you can still complete your order, with VAT added.
Currency
If prices aren’t already showing in euros, just use the currency selector at the top of the page. Our card payment provider converts your payment into British Pounds Sterling when you order.
