A TIME SAVER LIKE NO OTHER

"I always recommend Our First Nativity to other nursery teachers. A time saver like no other and it's always a fantastic performance. Thank you."

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC

"Absolutely FANTASTIC. We're really pleased with it. My boss said there was no way we were doing a nativity with children as young as two, but having seen the material included in 'Our First Nativity' she completely changed her mind and the performance went so well. Honestly we are just so chuffed with this nativity package! Fantastic stuff. We're now looking forward to hopefully buying a lot more things from you in the future.
by K Payne

GORGEOUS

"Our first nativity is absolutely gorgeous. No complaints in the slightest. Very very very easy to use."
by Steph Hamilton

SO SWEET

"I'm just returning to get Our 1st Nativity 2, and had to mention how awesome Our 1st Nativity One was last year. It's such a sweet little play and was perfect for our Christmas holidays program. Now so excited for the sequel and getting that festive feeling listening to the samples again. Just love you guys. x. Erma T."

LIGHT YEARS AHEAD OF EVERYONE ELSE

"My nursery has now bought five of your preschool nativities, and we continue to be overwhelmed by the brilliance of it all. Honestly, as far as Early Years music is concerned, Learn2soar are just light years ahead of the competition. I've been doing this job for a very long time and have probably used all the other children’s music providers out there, but seriously there is absolutely no comparison. Learn2soar are that good. Our First Nativity is clearly the jewel in the crown. We keep using it year after year and never get tired of it. The children lap the songs up and perform with delight written all over their faces. Amazing."
by D Smith

SO GOOD

"So good in every way. A truly great early years nativity. Definitely the best I've ever used."
By Tom V

EXCELLENT

"We've used 'Our First Nativity' so many times and it really is excellent. But we're going to give your new 'Our First Cinderella' a go this year. Can't wait!"
By S Henry

LOVE IT

"For the last five years our preschool has alternated each year between Our First Nativity 1 and 2. We really, really love both nativities and always get a thrill out of the children's performance. I'd gladly recommend either of them to anyone who needs a quick, easy nativity performance for very young children."
by G Billings

9 YEARS AND COUNTING

"So, we just worked out that this is our ninth year in a row that we're doing Our First Nativity. Do we get an award or something? I know it sounds crazy and I know you have lots of other fabulous nativities (very tempted by Our First Nativity 2), but the thing is, when you've found perfection, why replace it? So thank you again and by the way I always recommend Our First Nativity to other early years staff that I meet."
by Di Turner

SO EASY

"We purchased Our 1st Nativity download only last year and now we're doing something that we've never done before, we're using it again this year! In the past we'd always used different nativities each year from a lot of different companies, but because Our 1st Nativity is just so utterly easy to use and so wonderful in every way imaginable, we just had to break with tradition and repeat it. And I've got a feeling we'll be repeating it again and again and again for many more years to come. It's easily the best Early Years Christmas resource we've come across. Well done Learn2soar:)"
by Tots Preschool

AMAZING

"Wow! What an amazing nativity package! We performed with 45 Reception children. Everyone contributed as an actor, narrator or singer - yes, we even had some solos! The children exuded such confidence, due in large part to the fantastically easy, catchy songs and brilliantly simple playscript. Some parents even commented that it was far better than the Year 5 & 6 performance from the previous day! Everything that came in the download was easy to use and so well organised. It was a pleasure to produce and I'm sure we'll be using Our First Nativity again for years to come."
by Sally Marsh

LOVE IT

"We absolutely love Our First Nativity. The performance was amazing. 2 weeks before the show, we found that the children had learnt all the songs already, something that never usually happens! The super simple songs are pitched perfectly for this age range. The play words are just divine and we also love all the added extras. Ten out of ten for the best early years nativity we've ever used!"
by M Tayler

EXCELLENT

"Our First Nativity is just excellent in every single way. This is the second time we've used it and it's clear we'll be using this every year from now on. Thanks as well for the amazing service you always provide.
by Ms Adams

LOVELY

"We only just discovered this lovely nativity a month ago, having been recommended it by a fellow nursery manager who has seemingly used it every year for the past 5 years! Now I understand why. It really is absolutely wonderful in every way and perfect for this age range. The performance was so easy to stage and got great feedback. Thank you."
Melissa Gordon

EXCELLENT

"The Learn2soar early years nativities are so good. Over the last ten years we've used 4 different ones in our day nursery, Our First Nativity - One and Two. Our First Christmas Play and C-h-r-i-s-t-m-a-s Spells Christmas. They're all so easy to use and are of an excellent quality. We have a very wide range of ages in our day nursery but all the children are able to take part fully and enjoy the songs so much. These nativities really are perfect for very young children. Thank you for all your help and for producing such brilliant material."
by Ann Fox

JUST PERFECT

"Last year was literally our first nativity performance as we opened our Preschool in January! I was so pleased to have found Learn2Soar - the performances are simple to rehearse and perform, and the songs are just perfect, especially having the soundtrack sung by children - that just makes it extra special! The best testimony I can give is to tell you that the children from last year are still singing the songs, with 'I'm A Little Angel' being unforgettable. All of our parents were blown away by the performance!"
by Sue Barton

LEARN2SOAR CONVERT

"This is the 3rd Learn 2 soar nativity we've used and they've all been truly excellent especially for very young children [we also bought the ABC nativity and Happy birthday Jesus]. All the songs are very child friendly and well written/produced. They really are much easier for very young children to pick up and learn than anything else we've used in the past. Highly recommended."
by Kay M, Nursery owner

GREAT

"We performed Our 1st Nativity last christmas and it was just great. It was so good that I've come back this year to buy another one and I'm delighted to see Our 1st Nativity 2 available! Can't wait to get started on it! Thank you very much."
by Mandy Barnes, eyfc coordinator

FANTASTIC

"We performed Our First Nativity last year with our Pre-School class, the songs were easy to learn and the rhyming script was great! Lots of lovely comments from parents, and children were still singing the songs when they returned to Nursery in January! I will definitely be using Learn2soar again."
by K Marchant

OUTSTANDING

"Highly recommended! We used 'Our First Nativity' last year in our small children's group with a wide variety of ages from 3 up to 11. It was EXCELLENT! The youngest children understood it completely and were able to participate fully. The older children simply had a whale of a time! They all loved it and gave an outstanding performance. We've come back to buy another nativity this year. Can't wait!"
by R Morgan

BRILLIANT

"Our 1st Nativity was brilliant. The age of our children are 0 to 18 months, so we had to adapt it slightly but it still worked really well. Thanks."
by Joanne Drummond

VERY IMPRESSED

"This is the first time I've used Learn2soar and I must say I'm VERY impressed. When I purchased this show I was planning to use just a couple of songs in our nursery, but once I looked through all the material and saw how well it fitted into this age group we had to use it all! Thanks."

TAKE AWAY THE STRAIN

"This resource will help to take the strain out of that all important Christmas production! It offers different versions of the traditional nativity play, simple and very simple, making it great for even the youngest children. It includes songs based upon familiar tunes such as ‘Ring-A-Ring-A-Roses’ and ‘Here We Go Round The Mulberry Bush’, making the songs very easy for children to remember. It’s everything you’d want from a simple nativity play pack."
by Teach Nursery - Nursery Worker Review

FANTASTIC

"We used 'Our First Nativity' last year with a group of 30-40 children aged 2-4 years and it was fantastic. The songs are so easy for the children to learn and they were singing them way into the new year. Thank you Learn2soar for taking the stress out of the nativity and helping all the staff to really enjoy staging the show for the parents and carers. We are back again this year for another nativity which we are sure will be just as successful. Thank you once again."
by Anne Gladwish - Norton Pre-School

Frequently asked questions

What is an EYFS nativity?
An EYFS nativity is a nativity play for the Early Years Foundation Stage (ages 2–5: preschool, nursery and Reception). It tells the Christmas story mostly through songs and actions, with very short lines or a narrator, and usually runs 10–25 minutes. Our First Nativity is our most popular EYFS nativity.
What is the best nativity play for a nursery?
Our First Nativity: three scripts (from narrators-only to dozens of simple parts), eight nursery-rhyme songs including Away In A Manger, lyric videos, and 10–25 minutes long. It works with 2 children or over 100.
What is a good Christmas play for preschoolers that isn't a nativity?
Our First Christmas Play (10–35 minutes, 10 songs on familiar tunes) is a forgetful-Santa story. In the UK, Our First Panto: Cinderella (15–30 minutes, 8 songs) gives under-7s a Christmas panto.
Is there a nativity play for 2 year olds?
Yes. Our First Nativity and Our First Nativity TWO are written for ages 2–5. With Our First Nativity's narrators-only script, the youngest children simply sing and do actions, and an adult or older child tells the story.
What is a Christmas play for toddlers?
For toddlers and 2–3 year olds, keep it to 10–15 minutes of songs they already half-know. Our First Nativity and Our First Nativity TWO use tunes such as nursery rhymes, so the children only learn new words.
Can very young children who can't read take part?
Yes. Our First Nativity has a narrators-only script, so children only need to sing and do actions. The lyric videos and vocal tracks let them learn the songs by ear.
How much does a nativity play pack cost?
Most Learn2soar Christmas titles are from £45, and Christmas Play in ONE Day is £30. The price includes everything: scripts, audio tracks, words on screen, sheet music, scenery and a year's licence for unlimited performances. There are no per-performance fees. Prices show automatically in your local currency.

Straight away. Every title is a Digital Publication, available on any device the moment you order, anywhere in the world.
What format is the script in?

Can schools pay by invoice?
Yes. Recognised UK schools can choose Pay by Invoice at checkout. Everyone else can pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Can I buy from outside the UK?
Yes. We've supplied customers in over a hundred countries, and prices appear in your local currency. Digital Publications are available worldwide. The CD in the Complete Pack is posted within the UK only.
Can I get a CD?
In the UK only, the Complete Pack adds an audio CD posted to you, alongside everything in the Digital Publication.
How many staff can use it?
The included User Licence covers up to 4 devices. Site Licences are available if more staff need access.
Do we need a licence, and can we film it?
Yes, a licence is needed even with free admission, and it's included: unlimited performances for a year, plus a Recording Licence to share or stream free to up to 50 users. More about licences, filming and streaming.
Will it renew automatically?
No. Your licence lasts one year from purchase, with no automatic renewal.
I've ordered from you before. Is there a discount?
Yes. Returning customers see an automatic renewal discount when they log in. The biggest discount is for the same show again.
Can I see the script before I buy?
Yes. Every title has free script samples and song samples on its page. Many teachers share the page link with colleagues to decide together.
